PAHI, The Balance Brand is looking for independent territory Sales Representatives to support our start-up company by acting as the lead in creating and building customers in their assigned territories. We are looking to create new relationships and potential partnerships with targeted prospects throughout PAHI Footwear’s designated channels of distribution.

Job Title: Independent Territory Sales Representative
Department: Independent 1099
Commission: 10% on Shipments
Reports To: Chief Sales Officer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research and cultivate new leads in all channels of distribution for PAHI Footwear using every available means to successfully build a new sales pipeline.
  • Actively call on key footwear distribution channels and buyers and secure orders.
  • Meet with key decision makers at these potential prospects.
  • Work with the Head of Sales Strategy to identify, qualify, and justify opportunities for new categories or business segments.
  • Present PAHI Footwear Unique Selling Propositions and the company image positively to all customers.
  • Additional duties in support of new sales and new customer acquisition to be defined as process progresses.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Aptitude and passion for sales
  • Prospecting and New Business Acquisition Mindset
  • Strong Research and Internet/Social Media Aptitude
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Superior listening skills and ability to engage prospects by phone
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Act with integrity.  Demonstrate sound business and professional ethics. Show consistency of principles, values and behaviors
  • Self-motivated; ability to work independently to achieve goals is essential
