What is the Role:

The Independent Outside Sales Representative (IOSR) is responsible for providing professional sales support by Actively Seek, Establish and Manage new retail accounts within their territory for the assigned Better Footwear and Outdoor Specialty Category. which includes directly soliciting business, facilitating territory sales, providing day-to-day customer service, and providing timely follow-through activities.

The position prospects and develops new partner relationships within the assigned territory. The IOSR collaborates with the Director of Wholesale to execute marketing strategies and participates in events to increase sales and brand awareness. In addition, the position’s duties include customer and overall territory sales analysis reporting and merchandising. The position works with Inside Sales and other appropriate departments to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered consistently and expeditiously.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek and establish new retail accounts within your territory.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with current retail partners.
  • Represent Clove at trade shows, industry events, and in-store activations.
  • Communicate brand values, product features, and seasonal collections effectively.
  • Provide consistent feedback on market trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and growth targets within your assigned territory.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in footwear, apparel.
  • Strong existing network with retailers in your respective territory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently.
  • Passion for Healthcare and comfort products is a plus!
